Never Fails.

Day 46.

I'm wondering why it is - and it never fails - that every day post-lunch, I become bloated. That's typically when the problems begin. I was fine all day today. Then, lunch happened around 1pm. My stomach was twisted and bloated some until about 5pm. My mouth was fine until lunch, too. Then, after lunch became about a 5/6. It's so strange!

I think I am going to try taking 2 digestive enzymes at lunch starting tomorrow. I will report back to see if that helps at all!

Here was my day:

Breakfast

  • Nutribiotic Vanilla Rice Protein Powder with Unsweetened Rice Milk, Coconut Milk Light, Banana, Flax, and Stevia
  • 1/2 Fruit Fusion Bar (Dried Apple and Cranberry)
Snack
  • Organic Apple
  • Sweet Apple Chicken Link
Lunch
  • Lean Hamburger Meat
  • Olive Oil
  • Spring Mix
  • Orange
  • Ancient Harvest quinoa pasta (Garbanzo beans, cinnamon, red peppers)
Pre-Workout
  • Organic Apple
  • 1/2 Fruit Fusion Bar (Dried Apple and Cranberry)
Post-Workout
  • Lean Hamburger Meat
Dinner
  • Chile Lime Chicken Burger
  • Orange & a little Unsweetened Applesauce
  • Spring Mix
  • Fish Oil + Spirulina + Sea Salt
  • 2 Scallops with Lemon
